By processing your order payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery across all Emirates
- Free 3 days delivery on all orders over AED 500
- Delivery fee is AED 25
- 3 day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in the UAE before 2 pm
- Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number and email to avoid any delays

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends, and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, I AM cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
